Latest ISO 9001:2015 Certification Audit Process 2025 | Fast – Prestigious Key Steps to Achieve ISO 9001:2015 Certification in 2025
Step 1: Initial Contact
The Institute of Science and Innovation (IOSIN) will engage directly with the enterprise to understand its needs, expectations, and current status regarding ISO 9001:2015 certification. Upon mutual agreement and the decision to collaborate, IOSIN will guide the enterprise through completing the Certification Application and Certification Contract.
Step 2: Application Receipt
The enterprise submits the certification application along with relevant documentation to IOSIN. If necessary, IOSIN will conduct an on-site survey to gather further information on operational processes, production, and quality management.
Step 3: Audit Preparation
The IOSIN Certification Department coordinates with the enterprise to finalize all necessary procedures before proceeding with the Quality Management System (QMS) audit.
Step 4: Stage 1 Audit (Pre-assessment)
IOSIN experts conduct a preliminary review of the enterprise’s documentation and quality management records. This audit aims to determine the organization’s readiness for the formal certification audit. The Stage 1 audit may take place at IOSIN’s office or directly at the enterprise’s production facilities.
Step 5: Stage 2 Audit (Official Certification Audit)
IOSIN conducts a comprehensive audit of the QMS at the enterprise’s operational sites to ensure full compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Step 6: Technical Review and Corrective Actions
Following the audit, IOSIN performs a technical review of the audit file to ensure the completeness and accuracy of all findings. If any non-conformities are identified, the enterprise must implement corrective actions as guided to meet the standard requirements.
Step 7: Certification Decision (3-Year Validity)
Once the enterprise fulfills all ISO 9001:2015 requirements, IOSIN will issue a Quality Management System certificate valid for 3 years. This certification helps the enterprise affirm its prestige and enhance its competitive edge in the market.
Step 8: Surveillance Audits
During the certificate’s validity period, IOSIN will perform annual surveillance audits to ensure the enterprise consistently maintains and improves its QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
Step 9: Re-certification (Every 3 Years)
After 3 years, the enterprise must undergo a re-certification audit to maintain the validity of its certificate. IOSIN will conduct a full reassessment and issue a new certificate for the next cycle.
With a scientific, fast, and professional audit process, the Institute of Science and Innovation (IOSIN) is committed to supporting enterprises in achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification effectively and sustainably.
